Y2K Electric blue mini dress. No label but definitely a Supre/Glassons/Pagani fit from that era. The hemline is wide and tapers inwards to give that hugged look while still having the movement in the bodice. Pleated straps and neckline alongside a tie at the underbust to tighten as needed. 

Label says M, probably closer to a 10 or 12. Please check measurements.
