City Chic black cocktail dress with sequined pastel florals sewn into the overlaying tulle. These are in lovely pastel pinks, yellows, and oranges. Perfect for an early spring event. 

The item is missing the straps it initially came with, but the bust and back have the small loops that you can slide in removable straps, so if you have or can get hold of black straps, these can be used on the item. 

The bust also has the gel lining that sticks to skin to help the dress stay up. There is an invisible zip at the back. 

Please note City Chic is a brand designed larger for women so a size small is closer to a size 16. Please check measurements below.
