A gorgeous piece of New Zealand fashion history from the Juliet label, made in Christchurch and dating to around the 1970s. This beautiful purple cotton-weave mini has a lovely vintage texture and is fully lined in satin for a beautifully finished feel.

The front fastens all the way down with domes, giving it that wonderfully practical 70s look. Wear it as a fabulous mini dress or have some fun with it layered over pants for a modern take on vintage style.

Juliet was a New Zealand women's clothing label produced by J. W. Barraclough & Co, with the National Library of New Zealand documenting the brand from the 1960s–70s. A lovely example of home-grown Christchurch fashion that has stood the test of time.
