Insane true 70s set by the American label “Garland” — made in the USA and serving full blown vintage cool. While information on the fashion label itself is scarce, Garland pieces regularly appear in authentic 1970s vintage collections and resale archives, especially knitwear, suiting and flares made in the USA.  

 

This killer orange check set features fantastic wide leg pants with belt loops, zip and slide closure, paired with the matching shirt jacket complete with fitted cuffs, button front and that iconic exaggerated pointed 70s collar. Made from cotton with all the attitude of the disco era — this set is an absolute head-turner.

 

Condition reflected in price: there is marking to the crotch/inseam area unseen when worn and one small mark on one leg, but overall still an insanely wearable and collectible vintage set.

 

Styling tip:
Lean fully into the 70s vibe with platform boots or chunky tan heels, oversized amber sunglasses and a fitted ribbed knit underneath. For a modern take, wear the jacket open over a plain white tank and add stacked gold jewellery. The pants would also look incredible styled separately with a fitted black turtleneck or vintage band tee.
