Absolutely gorgeous Neo-Ludwig bloomers in the prettiest soft blue and cream. Made from beautifully soft cotton with a pleated elasticated waistband, layered with delicate shimmer netting and soft nylon. Finished with the sweetest double bows on the nylon layers and a ribbon at the front to tie into a generous bow.

Beautifully made and full of those gorgeous little details that Neo-Ludwig is known for. Brand new with original tags, a fabulous piece for a Lolita wardrobe, costume, or simply for anyone who loves a little bit of whimsical dressing!

Neo-Ludwig is a Chinese indie designer brand established in 2013 as part of the Fanplusfriend atelier, which has been creating alternative fashion since 2004. The label specialises in Gothic, Steampunk, Lolita and Victorian-inspired styles, and is particularly known for its elaborate detailing and theatrical yet wearable designs.

These are new with tags but it does have a small hole in on the right side.
